UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 and free for orders of £50 or more. The estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guarantees.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are normally processed on working days. If tracking is available, details are sent by email after dispatch. Some small items may use an untracked service.
Delays and address checks
Please provide a complete address. We will contact you if delivery is materially delayed. We are not responsible for delays outside reasonable control, but your legal remedies remain unaffected.
Delivery problems
Contact us if a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found. Keep packaging and photographs where an item arrives damaged.
