Coverage
Unless a product page states otherwise, new devices and accessories include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, normal wear, cosmetic damage or loss. Battery capacity naturally declines with use.
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photos. Do not send an item until return instructions are provided. Back up and remove personal data before returning a device.
Legal rights
This warranty is additional to, and does not replace, rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law.
