Orders and contracts
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation if an item or price is incorrect, unavailable, or fraud checks are not passed; any payment taken will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and payment arrangements are confirmed when you order by phone. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may vary by screen. Compatibility information must be checked before purchase. Brand names shown on real inventory remain the property of their owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
